I live at Sahara Area Sokoto and a Police Officer with CID Office Sokoto as Exhibit Keeper in this case. I am AP No. 180197. One of my duties are accepting and registering of items in connection with criminal cases and tendering same before the court if need arises. I know the defendants on the 13/12/2020 when I was in the office at CID Office Sokoto where one Insp. Danjuma Giwa brought the defendants along with the following items for registration which include 2 stones, 1 axe, 1 cutlass and 1 axe handle for registration in connection with a case of Criminal Conspiracy and Homicide against the defendant. I accepted and register them as follows: 2 stones were marked as Exh. 125/A&A1/2020; 1 axe as Exh. 125/B/2020, 1 Cutlass as Exh. 125/C/2020, while the axe handle as Exh. 125/D/2020.
