I live at Kibiyari Village of Yabo Local Government, Sokoto State. I am a farmer and a livestock rearer. I am the Magajin Garin Kibiyari and have roles such as collection of tax. Sometimes on the 15/12/2020 the deceased one Abdu son to the 1st defendant came to me and informed me that he want me to intervene and reconcile him with his father and brothers. Abu also requested that his uncle be also invited to attend the reconciliation. When we all convened I asked the 1st defendant whether he knows why I called them?
