My name is not on the list of witnesses attached to the charge sheet shown to me. Umaru Umaru is the 1st defendant and I know him on the date when he was brought to my office. I don’t know whether the 1st defendant is the father of Abubakar Umaru (the deceased). The case file shown to me relates to the case of conspiracy and homicide against the 3 defendants. The role each of the defendants played in the case is best known by the investigating officers.
