SENTENCE Court: In consideration of the provisions 169 of the ACJL of Sokoto State 2019, and the plea bargain agreement entered by the defendant and the prosecution which was reduced into writing and filed on the 23/1/2024, I hereby find you Jesse Osazuwa Ailabojie guilty of the offence of Criminal Breach of Trust punishable under section 301 of the Sokoto state penal code law 2019 and sentence you to a fine of N20,000 or 1 year imprisonment in default.
