exculpate the Defendant. What is not in questioned is
that the Defendant forged the documents with the
intention that the same be used as if it was genuinely
issued by her employers and the same were found in
her possession. I so hold.
In conclusion, the analyses of the evidence on
record as demonstrated in the foregoing have
apparently
resolved
the
issues
raised
for
determination by the Defendant’s learned counsel
against her. My judgment is therefore that the
prosecution has proved the entirety of the 4-Count
Charge in the instant suit against the Defendant
beyond reasonable doubt. Consequently, I hereby
return a verdict of guilty against the Defendant on
each and every Count of the Charge.
