the defendant were arraigned before this court for the offences of criminal conspiracy, abduction and illegal possession of firearms contrary to sections 97 (1), 273 of the penal code Cap. 104 laws of Sokoto state 1996 and section 3 of the Robbery and Firearms {Special Provisions} Act Cap. R.11 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 respectively. The charges were read and explained to them in Hausa Language to the satisfaction of the court because the defendants speaks and also understand Hausa Language. After the charges were read and explained to them the defendants pleaded not guilty to all the three {3} count charges.
