We have reduced the agreement into writing and filed same on the 23/1/2024. We have an application for substitution of N115,000 with N216,000 as reflected in paragraph 1 of the terms of plea bargain agreement because it was a typhogorical error; M.J. Audu Esq: That is the true position of the plea bargain agreement and we have no objection to the substitution of N115,000 with N216,000 as contained in paragraph 1 because it is in fact a typhogorical error.
