Learned Counsel finally urges the Court to hold that the Prosecution has failed to discharge the onus of proof beyond reasonable doubt. She urges the Court to discharge and acquit the Defendant accordingly. I have carefully read the evidence of parties and considered the Written Addresses of Counsel. Both Counsel posited one issue for determination which this Court is inclined to adopt.
