Hanafi Esq: How long did the Defendants stayed at Kwanni Police station before they were transferred to CID. PW1: I can’t remember and I can remember from the case diary the offence was alleged to have been committed on 28/9/2017. I recorded the statements of the Defendants on 20/10/2017 which is about 3 weeks interval from the date of the commission of the offence and the recording of the statements. M.I.
