RULING Court: By a two (2) counts charges the defendants were arraigned before this court for the offences of Criminal Conspiracy and Kidnapping punishable under Sections 60 (1) and 247 (b) of the Sokoto State Penal Code Law 2019. After the two (2) counts charges were read and explained to the defendants in Hausa language, the defendants pleaded not guilty to all the charges and so the matter was adjourned for hearing.
