PW2 (after affirmation): My name is Inspector Sani Usman. I live at Billiri Local Government of Gombe State. I am Force No. 158843 attached to Intelligence Response Team Force Headquarters, Abuja. I am now Assistant Superintendant of Police (ASP). I could remember sometimes around October, 2020 I was at the office, IRT Office Abuja (i.e. Intelligence Response Team Office) when a letter of complaint was brought from the American Embassy boldly written that a number 09150266355 was used in demanding for ransom in respect of a white American citizen that was kidnapped in Masallata Area in Niger Republic and was brought to Kalmanu Village in Illela Local Government Area of Sokoto State. I was detailed to investigate this number i.e. 09150266355. Then a telecommunication analysis was done on the said number and it was discovered that the number was in Illela Local Government. I then swing into action by tracking the said number and it was discovered that the number is in use and in the process of tracking, I and my team members arrested one Aliyu Abdullahi in possession of a phone and the Sim card.
