PW3 (after affirmation): My name is Mal. Umaru Dikko. I am a rearer of livestock. I live at Kabawa Village in Binji Local Government of Sokoto State. I know the Defendants. I know them we live in the same village. Sometimes during Sallah celebration 7/6/2019, I can remember during the Sallah festivities, some boys engaged themselves in a fight who comprised of our children and those of Tamazawa Village. As a result some police officers at Gidan Madi arrested some boys. After the police arrested their children. The Tamazama Children grouped themselves and moved to our village where they beat up a boy whose name is Abubakar Umar as a result my attention was drawn as a representative of the village head. I then called the police and they came and while we were with Abubakar Umar, information reached us that the boys of Tamazawa came back and attacked 2 others who included Ausa Umaru and Abdullahi during which Abdullahi died. Abdullahi Dikko who is now deceased, is my junior brother same mother same father, he is now dead since that date. I also attended his funeral prayers. Ausa Umaru was injured on his forehead and leg. I can also remember those who attacked our village, and they included Umaru Dikko (the 1st Defendant) Dikko Ibrahim (2nd Defendant) then Sabo Shehu (the 3rd Defendant).
