He is a male, Muslim and will testify in Hausa language. PW4 (After affirmation): My name is Ausa Abubakar Umar. I am a farmer and a rearer of livestock. I live at Kabawa Village, Binji Local Government of Sokoto State. I know the Defendants they are from Tamazawa Village. Sometimes on 7/6/2019, some boys from Tamazawa came to our village and attacked us. When they came, they met me and Mallam Abdullahi at the back of our house. They injured me on the forehead and inflicted matchet cuts on Mallam Abdullahi until he died instantly. They also wounded my right leg, and nose. At that time after they injured us, they said since they have killed 2 people, they should go. They then sighted police and ran away.
