DW3 (After affirmation): My name is Muhammad Sabo and my father’s
name is Usman. I live at Munlella Village in Tangaza Local
Government Council. I am not from Tamazawa Village. I am
a farmer and also a rearer. I know Kabawa Village.
M.I. Hanafi Esq: Tell the court what you know that happened on Sallah
day.
DW3:
I don’t know anything that happened on Sallah day because I
went for rearing. I know Gidan Madi Town. I have children.
Nothing has happened to any of my children in respect of this
case.
M.I. Hanafi Esq: You mentioned in your statement that your son got
missing?
DW3:
Yes and thereafter went to search for him at Tamazawa
Village, Runjin Village and Kabawa and nothing happened
when I went to Kabawa Village.
M.I. Hanafi Esq: In your statement Exhibit A & A1, you said you were
told to leave Kabawa Village because there was a fight?
DW3:
Yes it was some women who told me about it.
