Yes I can identify it through my own handwriting and
signature. It was recorded on a EFCC statement form with
the EFCC logo.

this document but we reserve our argument until at the

The witness having identified the statement he was
authorized to record by the defendant dated 6/7/2021, and
the prosecution has applied for same to be admitted in
evidence, same is hereby admitted in evidence on grounds of
relevancy and marked as Exhibit C. This is without prejudice
to the power of this court to expunge me from the record of
