I have been an armourer for about 7 years and some of my duties is to issue arms and ammunitions to our officers who are going on a duty. I know the defendant and his name is Ex-Officer Aliyu Tukur. I was serving with him in the same division and I can remember that on 7/3/2021 the defendant was assigned to join a patrol at the headquarters. He came to my office and signed for arms and he was given the arms which consist of AK 97 riffle with 25 rounds of live ammunitions 7.62mm. Page 24 of 32
