Saidu Esq: The defendant has approached the prosecution for a plea bargain agreement which the prosecution has accepted the plea bargain agreement and consequently agreed that the defendant shall restitute the victim the sum of N216,000 in 3 installments and be sentenced to a fine of N20,000 or 1 year imprisonment in default. We have reduced the agreement into writing and filed same on the 23/1/2024. We have an application for substitution of N115,000 with N216,000 as reflected in paragraph 1 of the terms of plea bargain agreement because it was a typhogorical error; M.J. Audu Esq: That is the true position of the plea bargain agreement and we have no objection to the substitution of N115,000 with N216,000 as contained in paragraph 1 because it is in fact a typhogorical error.
