And in exhibit 3, I have seen the petition addressed to the Chairman Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) on the letter headed paper of Muslim and Christian Youths integration for good leadership which petition was minuted to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) with the following inscription:- “please direct investigation and report to me personally.” And by exhibit 6, the 1st Defendant states: “The minute of the petition was done by me and addressed to ACP written,” please direct investigation and report to me personally was written and signed by me.” The 1st Defendant confessed vide exhibit 6 thus: “The Independent Corrupt Practice Commission (ICPC) stamp was done by me and destroyed.
