Any other document report, or material that the Prosecution intend to use in support of its case at the trial. 6. Particulars of bail or any recognizance, bond or cash deposits if Defendant is on bail. 7. Particulars of place of custody where the Defendant is in custody. 8. Particulars of any plea bargain arranged with the Defendant. 9. Particulars of any previous interlocutory proceedings including remand proceedings in respect of the Charge and 10. A copy of the form for information on legal representation as provided under Section 376 (9) of this Act.” Section 380 of ACJA states: “The provisions relating to Charges in this Act shall apply to the counts of an information.” 22
