Lexus RX 330 Jeep - marked as Exhibit A06. t The learned counsel to the prosecution urged the court to convict the Defendant based on his plea of guilt and the adduced evidence and to also impose the penalty agreed upon by the parlies in the plea bargain agreement in line with section 270 (4) of the Administration of criminal Justice Act 2015. Having reviewed the evidence as well as taken into account the content ol, the plea agreement dated and filed on 03/0Tlrg, as well as the guilty plea of the Defendant to the one count charge, I am convinced of the guilt of the DefenrJant and therefore convict him accordingly. SENTENCE I have studied the terms of the plea agreement and note that I am not satisfied with same in view of the ravaging effects of the offence the convict has been charged with, cybercrime fraud, and the negative impact it has created abput the image of Nigeria as a den of fraudsters.
