Defendant also did the same thing to me, and when they finished, they gave me N150.” Confirming the commission of the Unnatural Offence against PW2 by the two (2) Defendants, the 1st Defendant in his statement admitted as Exhibits ‘A’ and ‘A1’ respectively stated as follows:“I could remember two weeks ago I came along with one boy by name Ibrahim in the residence house of Bello Altine at Makera Assada Area, Sokoto. Because he promise to give me Five Hundred Naira and he give me after I take the boy to him. So he commit homosexual with the boy, and after he finish, I too I do the same to the boy.” In further corroboration of the evidence of PW2, the 2nd Defendant in his statement admitted as Exhibits ‘B’ and ‘B1’ respectively, stated that after the 1st Defendant brought PW2 into his house, both of them had carnal intercourse with him. He said:“Fodio Bello ‘M’ of Unguwar Makafi Area Sokoto came along with one boy by name Ibrahim in my residential house at Makera Assada Area Sokoto. So from there my colleague Fodio Bello start performing homosexuality with the boy and later on, I do the same to the boy.” From the foregoing, when the evidence of PW2 is considered alongside with the contents of Exhibits ‘A’, ‘A1’, ‘B’ and ‘B1’ which are the Hausa and English translated versions of the 1st and 2nd Defendants’ statements, one will find no difficulty in saying that evidence has been led which clearly established that the Defendants did actually and as a matter of fact, had carnal intercourse with PW2 Page 11 of 19
