I can identify same by the name of the defendant, my handwriting and
my signature.
H. B. Dogon Daji – The witness having identified the statement of the
defendant which he recorded, we seek to tender same in evidence.
S. Ovia – We will be objecting to the admissibility of this document but
we will reserve our argument and take same during the final address.
Court: The statement of the defendant recorded by this witness at the
C.I.D office Sokoto having been identified by him same is hereby
admitted in evidence despite the objection to its admissibility by the
