receipts in the name of different persons. In fact, he did not even mention that a receipt was issued by the 1st Defendant when he took the teller to them. He only said he demanded for receipts and none was given to him. I find the evidence of the Plaintiff unbelievable. No reasonable Court can rely on the Plaintiff’s evidence to give judgment in his favour. I found that the Plaintiff did not prove his case and I so hold. In the light of this, I hold that the Plaintiff’s case is liable to been dismissed and I hereby dismissed same. Sign Hon.
