I have also gone through the grounds upon which the application is brought, the affidavit evidence in support of the application as contained in the averments of the supporting affidavit, the 2 annexed exhibits EFCC 1 and 2 annexed to the applicant’s supporting affidavit as well as the legal argument canvassed in the adopted written and found that the application has merit and ought to be granted as prayed. Accordingly, in consideration of the provisions of section 17 of the Advance Fee Fraud and other Fraud Related offences Act, 2006 pursuant to which this application is brought particularly subsection (4) of the said section of the Act as well as all the foregoing, reliefs 1 and 2 of the applicant’s application are hereby granted as prayed Application granted.
