The 1st Defendant was arrested by police officers of Gwiwa Divisional Police Headquarters. The 1st Defendant was not arrested at the scene of the crime. I don’t know the date he was arrested. I was not the one who recovered the Exhibits. I don’t know who actually recover the Exhibits but it was transferred to Gwiwa Police Station. The 1st Defendant acted as pointer of his co-accused persons which led to the arrest of 2nd and 3rd Defendants. I did not find any Exhibit on the 2nd and 3rd Defendants at the point of their arrest.
