Gwiwa Police Station and we were requested to go there the following morning to make statement. The following day morning, we went to the Gwiwa Police Station and made statements. We were later transferred to CID Office where we also made statements and thereafter we left. That is all until today when I was asked to come to court and give evidence. PW4: No, that was the first time of seeing them. L.O. Akangbe Esq: How long did the incident took place? PW4: About 10 minutes. L.O. Akangbe Esq: The incident took place at about 1045 pm? PW4: Yes and at that time there was light very seriously because we were opposite the house of the Speaker of Sokoto State House of Assembly where there is light everywhere of about 16 bulbs and even where we were sitting, there was light.
