the offence of Criminal Conspiracy punishable under Section 97(1) of the Sokoto State Penal Code Law Cap. 104 Laws of Sokoto State 1996 or 2 years imprisonment in default’, N70,000 each for the offense of Robbery punishable under Section 298(b) of the same Penal Code Law or 3 years imprisonment in default and N30,000 each for the offence of Voluntarily Causing Grievous Hurt punishable under Section 247 of the same Penal Code Law or 3 years imprisonment in default.
