The prosecution called only one witness who testified that an Iphone 6 was found in the room where Defendant and others were arrested but it was not found on the person of or with the Defendant. That the Defendant was not the only person in that room. He testified that the defendant impersonated Henry Kingsley but he does not know Henry Kingsley one lodged a complaint with the EFCC that the defendant has defrauded them or attempted to do fraudulent, funds were not traced so, to the defendant's account.
