The accused is a 1st offender; there is no record of earlier conviction. We urge the court to take into consideration the time accused had been in prison custody while the trial last. Prosecutor – We are leaving the sentence to the discretion of the court. The accused person is hereby sentenced to five years imprisonment with effect from 6th Day of July 2010 on each Count from Count 2 to Count No. 5. The terms of imprisonment to run concurrently.
