Sokoto state penal code law 2019 and sentence you to a fine of N20,000 for the said offence or 1 year imprisonment in default, and sequel to the application for substitution of N115,000 with N216,000 by the prosecution as restitution money to be paid to the victim made by the prosecution which has not been objected to by the defence counsel and hereby granted by this court, the convict is also adjudge to make a restitution of N216,000 to the victim of the crime as contained in the plea bargain agreement.
