Hanafi Esq: Our DW2 is Dikko Ibrahim (2nd Defendant). DW2 (After affirmation): My name is Dikko Ibrahim. I live at Tamazawa Village but precisely Munlella Village in Tangaza Local Government. I am a farmer and also a rearer. I was arrested at market in Tangaza town after the person who arrested called me a thief. I was beaten on the day I was arrested on the head to the extent of my blood gushing out therefrom. M.I. Hanafi Esq: The prosecutor said on 7/6/2019 at about 8:30pm, you went to Kabawa Village and fought the youth? DW2: No because on Sallah day I was at our house at Munlella Village which is under Tangaza Village of Tangaza Local government. M.I. Hanafi Esq: It was alleged by prosecution that you were part of those who beat up Jamilu and Jama’a Bande? DW2: No I was not part of them. M.I. Hanafi Esq: The prosecution alleged that you and other went to Kabawa Village and beat up Ladan Maidamma, Majo, Ibrahim Barti etc. DW2: No because we are not in the same village. M.I.
