When the charge was read and explained to the defendant in Hausa Language, the defendant pleaded not guilty and so the matter was proceed upon into full trial. in their effort to prove the allegation against the defendant, the prosecution called 4 witnesses and tendered exhibits which were admitted in evidence and marked as exhibits AF respectively.
