the DPO called me and informed me that the defendant was seen in a nearby village and arrested by the villagers. Before I left the hospital, the doctor confirmed to us that the victim was dead. The Area Commander went to the village and got the defendant arrested and brought to Police Headquarters and we were then asked to remove our magazines one by one and when they counted our ammunitions, they found an ammunitions were complete except that of the defendant. Later there was police orderly room hid against the defendant where I gave evidence against the defendant and during that time, the defendant confessed to be the one who killed the deceased.
