PW5: Yes I did not but I was later told by one of the occupants of the vehicle that it was the defendant who shot the victim. M.A. Mustapha Esq: Between you and the Civil Defence Officer, who was closer to the defendant on the date of the incident? PW5: The Civil Defence Officer was closer.
