crying and I met my mother and I informed her that I went to fetch water and somebody took me on his shoulders to pluck mangoes and she asked me go and show her the man but I could not walk because my private part was paining me. My mother went to the said Gidan Mangurori and she checked the rooms in the house and when she came out some people gathered and the defendant was found under the car. People brought him out and started beating him and then my mother went to the police station and reported the incident. I was taking to the hospital at special hospital sokoto. CROSS – EXAMINATION Nobody informed me about what I said in court. There was nobody in the room on the day of the incident only myself and the defendant.
