When I was hit with a stick I felt down unconscious and I was rush to the hospital. When I felt down unconscious I don’t know what was happening. I left the deceased unconscious and after I was attacked I was also unconscious therefore i could not know when the deceased was taken to the hospital. The deceased die in my presence at the hospital. I think the deceased die the same day the indecent happened I gave my statement to the police and I told them exactly what I told in court.
