Consequent upon all the foregoing and in consideration of the facts which were proved and established before this court, I am satisfied that the prosecution has proved its case against the defendant beyond reasonable doubt as required by the law and accordingly resolve the sole issue formulated in favour of the prosecution against the defendant.
