Yes these are the statements of the 2nd and 3rd
Defendants.
Yakubu Sani Esq: The witness having identified the statements of the
2nd and 3rd Defendants of both Hausa and English
translated versions, we seek to tender them in
evidence.
Abdullateef Akangbe Esq: I have no objection to the admissibility of
the unsigned statement of the 3rd Defendant Sama’ila
Sulaiman and we have no objection to the
admissibility of the statement of the 2nd Defendant.
Court:
The statements of the 2nd and 3rd Defendants sought
to be tendered in evidence by the prosecution and
which has not been objected to, by the defence are
hereby admitted in evidence and marked as Exhibits
F, F1 and G, G1 respectively.
Yakubu Sani Esq: Is there anything you want to tell this court?
PW3:
The scene of the incident was visited and the
photograph of the 1st Defendant was snapped with the
Exhibits and put in the case file. The Defendants were
later charged to court. That is all.

Abdullateef Akangbe Esq: Do you recall the date of the incident?
PW3:
I can’t recall the date, but we visited the scene of the
crime on 20/12/2019 and it was on the 20/12/2018
that the photograph of the 1st Defendant was snapped.
