Yakubu Sani CSC: Do you remember making a statement at CID Office in relation to this case? DW2: I did not make any statement at CID Office. I can remember when I was arrested in respect of this case. Immediately I was arrested I was taken to State CID, Sokoto. I only know that at that time, we were beaten, poured cold water on our body and made some writings. I remember I made a statement at CID and in that statement I informed the police that I did not participated in the fight, but I want this court to believe the evidence of Hussaini Shehu.
