JUDGMENT Court: By two (2) counts charges the defendant was arraigned before this court for the offences of Criminal Breach of Trust and Robbery punishable under Sections 60 (1) and 287 (1) of the Sokoto State Penal Code Law 2019 respectively. The charges were read and explained to the defendant to the satisfaction of the court because the defendant speaks and understands Hausa language. After the charges were read and explained to the defendant, the defendant pleaded not guilty and so the matter went into full trial.
