that the ICPC had received intelligence report which his team investigated; that he visited the Indian High Commission on 24/10/2014, pretending to be applicants for Indian visa for purposes of medical visit; that they were approached by one Josiah and PW2 who gave them a list of the requirements for the visa; that the duo offered to assist in procuring Yellow Fever Card and Medical Report. He further testified that the PW2 informed him that he knew someone at Maitama District Hospital, who normally assisted them to procure medical reports; that upon negotiation, they agreed to collect the sum of N15,000.00 for the medical report, of which he immediately paid them N10,000.00; that on 29/10/2014, they went back to the Indian High Commission, Abuja, to collect the 34
