COUNT FOUR : That you , Professor Fidelis Uzochukwu Oka for and Mr. Michael Emeka Ekwvnife on or about the . 14th day o f l 1 May, 2008 at Nwafor Orizu College of Education } Nsugbe, Anambra State within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria with intent to defraud, obtained the sum of N 195,000 (One Hundred and Ninety Five Thousand Naira} from the Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Anambra State when you falsely represented that the said sum was used to settle the hotel bills of the then Interim Provost, Professor Fidelis Uzochukwu Okafor which pretence you knew to be false and thereby comm itted an offence contrary to Section l ( l} _(a} of the Advance Fee Fraud and other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006 and punishable under Section l (3} of the same Act. 5.
