Garba Yakubu now inspector, brought to me one dane gun and one {1} cartridge in company of the accused persons in connection with the offences of criminal conspiracy and kidnapping. I registered the exhibits as follows:(i) Dane gun – Exhibit NO. 34/A/2019 (ii) Empty cartridge – Exhibit NO. 34/B/2019. Since that day, I kept the items in my custody until today when I was summoned to tender them before this Court. The items are here. Court: under cross examination, PW1 further testified as follows:- PW1: I am experienced. I have been trying my best. A single barrel and dane gun are the same. At the time the Exhibits were brought, there was no any Cap or turban. On 18/3/2019 when the exhibits were brought to me, the 3rd defendant was not in company of the 1st and 2nd defendants.
