certificate of identification and bank statement in respect of
account of one Aliyu Sahabi Yar Abba, is hereby admitted in
evidence and marked as Exhibit EFCC 2, 2(a) and 2(b)
respectively having not being objected to by the defence. The
letter written by EFCC to Diamond Bank requesting
information in respect of Account No. 0062361302 of Aliyu
Sahabi Yar Abba being photocopy and not certified as
required by Section 104 of the Evidence Act 2011, is hereby
rejected and shall be so marked.
Onyeka Ekweazor Esq: You also said you wrote to Diamond Bank
requesting information of the CCTV footage and the 2
cheques leaves both the original and the photocopies, can you
identify them and how?
PW3:
I can identify them because the EFCC letter is on the letter
head of EFCC and certified true copy of the original signed
by the Zonal Head. While the response was on the Diamond
Bank letter head with attachments and these are the letters.
