Court: Proceed. Jamilu Musa Esq: In your testimony you said you work at a canteen at Force CID Headquarters Abuja? DW1: Yes and it was for about a year. Jamilu Musa Esq: Who is Arizona? DW1: I met him at Abuja while Nzube Okafor we grew up together in the same area. Uwa is not known to me it was Arizona that sent his number to me. Jamilu Musa Esq: Uwa asked you to issue cheque leave Nzube? DW1: Yes but he never told me the purpose for which it was needed. When I was at EFCC Enugu I was told that the cheque was used to defraud someone. I was only requested to get a cheque leave without being told as to what it will be used for. Jamilu Musa Esq: Did you at any time inform Nzube Okafor the amount that will be withdrawn? DW1: No because I don’t know what they wanted to use the cheque for. Jamilu Musa Esq: You mentioned Arizona and Nzube, I am right to say you are not alone in this business? DW1: I never do any business with the people you mentioned, but it is true that 4 of us are involved. Jamilu Musa Esq: You were given N2.1 million? DW1: Yes and it was Uwa who gave me the money.
