she did not submit evidence of rent deductions. As such she was not qualified to be issued an offer letter. And more so the house went into public biding and she did not bid for the house. If PW5 Mrs. Chinyere Izunobi had not rejected the house PW1 Mrs. Ajadi would have been thrown out of the house. And yet she was not grateful to God for having known the situation of the house through the defendant. In view of the above findings I hold that the prosecution has failed to establish its case against the defendant beyond reasonable doubt. As a matter of fact the evidence of the prosecution is full of doubt and I have no option but to resolve the doubt in favour of the defendant.
