Popoola, Augustine James and Cyrinus Valentine Richard on or about September 29th , 2009 in Abuja within the judicial Division of the High Court of Justice of the FCT Forged a certain document captioned ABUJA MUNICIPAL AREA COUNCIL, OFFER of TERMS OF GRANT/CONVEYANCE of APPROVAL with ref: MFCT/ZA/AMAC/SLSW/ED3 dated 11th March, 1998 and caused the said document to be used as genuine and you thereby committed an offence contrary to section 366 and punishable under section 364 of the Penal Code LFN (Abuja) 1990.
