application and adjourned for definite hearing . In the course of this matter being heard by this honourable court, the prosecution led by Don. Adizue Esq, (rJief State counsel called two vJ\itnesses and tendered 19 exhibits while the defence c~lled only the defendant as its witness. With the close of testimonies, both counsel adopted their final written address on 13/6/18 each learned counsel urging the honourable court to hold in its favour. I shall summarize the evidence led by the parties at this stage . This matter began in earnest on the 6th day of March 2018 with the learned prosecuting counsel calling one Ezeano Chikwa Victor who testified on oath as Pwl.
