Area Commander who counted the ammunitions of all the
patrol team members and when he counted, the ammunitions
were 30 in number but I can’t remember that of Ibrahim
Magaji.
M.A. Mustapha Esq: At the scene how many live ammunitions did you
counted in respect of Ibrahim Magaji?
PW5:
I can’t remember but I also don’t know whether he used some
of his ammunition.
M.A. Mustapha Esq: You as a person did not witness the defendant
firing a gun shot?
PW5:
Yes I did not but I was later told by one of the occupants of
the vehicle that it was the defendant who shot the victim.
M.A. Mustapha Esq: Between you and the Civil Defence Officer, who
was closer to the defendant on the date of the incident?
PW5:
The Civil Defence Officer was closer.
M.A. Mustapha Esq: That is all for this witness.
