There were 2 suspects brought to CID Office in respect of this case and they were brought with their service riffle. I cannot remember how many rounds lives of ammunitions that were brought along with their riffles. I visited Unguwar Rogo Police Station where the defendant is attacked. We met the armourer who showed us the records of the ammunitions given to the defendant and we filed our finding, but I cannot remember the member of the ammunitions the defendant signed and collected. M.A. Mustapha Esq: You did not discover anything in your investigation that shows it was the defendant who made the gunshots?
